| SARS-CoV-2 spike-specific CD8+ and CD4+ T cells were detected in 70% and 100% of COVID-19 convalescent cases, respectively. In addition to the M, spike and N protein, CD4+ T cell responses were also seen against ORF3a, ORF8, nsp3, and nsp4 proteins. SARS-CoV-2 RBD-specific IgG and IgA levels correlated with CD4+ T cell responses to spike protein. SARS-CoV-2-reactive CD4+ T cells were also detected in 40%-60% of unexposed individuals suggesting cross-reactive T cell recognition. | "1.)
