Instructions and checklist

1. Students who are in the final semester of their degree are eligible to apply, even if they have not completed the course. However, they are required to submit their original documents, including the final semester marks sheets and degree certificates within the stipulated date after joining in the program.
2. If you have not received your final transcripts/marks sheets, upload the transcripts/marks sheets of all the previous semesters as a single PDF file.
3. Make sure that you have soft copies of the required supporting documents (Class 10 marks card, Class 12 marks card, Bachelors degree marks card and degree certificate (if available), caste certificate, proof of application fee payment, passport-size photograph) readily available before starting to fill the form.
4. The Application fee should be paid preferably through online bank transfer (details of bank account given in the form below).
5. Admission is liable to be cancelled if any of the information furnished is found to be incorrect.
6. All sections of this form are compulsory. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
